Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Snow Removal Lead to drive truck and trailer, guide a crew, and keep operations running smoothly throughout the winter season. This role is ideal for a confident winter driver who takes ownership of their route, leads by example, and ensures every job is completed safely and to a high standard. Wages: $25-28 per hour Experience dependent

Duties:

- Drive truck safely between sites during winter conditions
- Lead and schedule a team, assigning tasks and prioritizing routes during snow events
- Complete required snow removal paperwork, including safety documentation and snow logs
- Monitor site conditions and respond to complaints between snowfalls
- Apply attention to detail when reviewing completed work across sites




- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during snow clearing operations
- Report all accidents/incidents, first aids, and near misses

Requirements:

- 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Clean 3-year driver's abstract
- Minimum 3 years of insurance history
- Confident winter driver; defensive driver training is considered an asset
- Ability to lead and schedule a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation required — snow removal operates around the clock, not just during snowfall, including complaint response and monitoring
- Must have a working smartphone and be able to download and use SiteDocs (safety and snow logs) and Workforce (time clock) — training provided
- Reliable and dependable
