Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Forklift Operator to join our client's manufacturing team in Belleville, ON. We are seeking an experienced warehouse qualified with Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities.

- Pay Rate: $22/hour

- Location: Belleville, ON

- Shift: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

- Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

- Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently

- Load, unload, move, and store finished products, pallets, and skids

- Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy

- Utilize RF scanners for inventory transactions and tracking

- Complete daily forklift inspections and battery charging procedures

- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

- Follow all health & safety, food safety,



GMP, and company operating procedures

- Support general warehouse operations as required

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred

- Experience operating both Reach and Counterbalance forklifts

- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred

- Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Basic math skills

- Commitment to workplace safety

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
