Prodigy Personnel is actively seeking individuals for ongoing Forklift Operator positions for our busy client in Brampton, Mississauga, Milton ON. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating a Raymond/Crown Reach, Dockstocker, and Counterbalance forklift, to move materials in a safe manner throughout the warehouse. You will also need to load and unload trailers.
Shifts:
Days – 7 am to 3 pm
Afternoons- 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm
Night - 11:30pm to 7:30pm
Responsibilities:
· Load and unload trucks
· General labour duties as required
· Ability to operate counterbalance, reach and dockstocker safely and effectively in the warehouse
· Stacking pallets on to the racks safely
· Performing daily checks on the forklift
· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within warehouse distribution.
· Basic computer skills (asset)
· Ability to lift 50lbs
· Maintain a clean and safe environment
· Use of an RF Scanner
· Valid Forklift License
