We are seeking motivated and skilled Commercial Insulators and Firestoppers to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials and fire-stopping systems that enhance building energy efficiency and fire safety. Your expertise will contribute to creating safe, sustainable, and well-insulated environments for our clients.

Please note: We are seeking experienced Commercial Insulators and Firestoppers only. Resumes from candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.
Duties
- Measure, cut, and install various insulation materials according to project specifications and blueprints
- Apply fire-stopping products to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through structural openings
- Use hand tools such as caulking guns, saws, drills, and trowels to perform installations efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards,
building codes, and project timelines
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to coordinate installation activities
- Conduct quality checks on installed materials, ensuring proper fit, finish, and adherence to specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insulation installation and/or fire-stopping techniques
- Knowledge of caulking, sealing methods, and the use of hand tools for construction tasks
- Prior commercial construction experience is required
- Familiarity with building codes and safety standards is an asset
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Excellent physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work at heights when necessary
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
