Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position offers the flexibility of work from home, with regular collaboration with our office manager and operations manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their project needs and expectations.
- Provide accurate estimates and job schedules for various services offered.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with the office manager and operations manager during weekly meetings to discuss project statuses and any challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or property services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
