We are looking for a temporary, full-time experienced Condominium Manager to join our organization for a high-rise condominium in Etobicoke.

Requirements

- General License
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in condominium property management
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word and Excel required
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentially at all times in a qualified manner
- Ability to implement condominium policies and procedures
- Supervise onsite staff, evaluate performance and take corrective measures as needed
- Work in a professional manner with superintendent, cleaners, security officers and any other onsite personnel

Responsibilities





· Handle day-to-day management of the Condominium Building and basic corporation administration

· Communicate and enforce the Condominium Act, Declaration, By-Laws and Rules

· Direct and oversee all property maintenance

· Provide guidance to owners and the owner’s resident tenants as required

· Supervise and organize all contractors and contractor work

· Provide emergency on-call after hour service

· Respond to resident/owner inquiries

· Other duties as assigned by the Senior Property Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
