About the opportunity
We are looking for a hands-on Construction Crew Lead with strong experience across multiple trades who can confidently lead crews and work on a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workmanship, has strong leadership and communication skills, and enjoys training, mentoring, and supporting team members while ensuring projects are completed safely and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and supervise crews across residential and commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate daily tasks, crew assignments, materials, and job-site activities.
- Perform hands-on work across carpentry, framing, renovations, roofing, window and door installation,



and general construction.
- Work alongside different trades and assist with various construction tasks as needed.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members on proper work methods, tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and completed to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members.
- Help identify and resolve issues on the job site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Lead by example and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years of experience leading crews across different areas of residential and commercial construction and trades.
- Experience in carpentry, framing, roofing, renovations, general construction, and window and door installation.
- Strong hands-on experience with power tools and hand tools is required.
- Experience operating or working around heavy equipment is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep crews working efficiently.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s licence is required.
