Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to set a positive tone for their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and giving correct change
- Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, providing attentive guest services and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred; knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology for order processing and cashiering
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or hospitality background is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
