Responsibilities

- Assist with site cleanup, material handling, and equipment setup to ensure smooth workflow
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently, adhering to safety protocols
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving heavy objects
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision while maintaining proper safety standards
- Contribute to site organization by keeping work areas tidy and hazard-free

Qualifications





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Robust work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions carefully
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures relevant to construction or manual labour environments
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or similar roles is a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation or access to work sites as needed

Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour
