Pay Structure

Guaranteed base pay OR commission — whichever is higher

Service Commission: 40–50% based on performance and sales

Product Commission: 10%

Qualifications

1+ year of barbering or hairstyling experience preferred

Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (or eligible to work in Nova Scotia)

Strong customer service and communication skills
