Job Description:

Cougar Mechanical is a premier mechanical service company based out of Spruce Grove, Alberta. We are a close-knit, small family-oriented team that primarily services rural residential clients in the surrounding parkland areas. We are looking for a dedicated Plumber/Gasfitter or HVAC Technician who brings strong technical skills, a high level of personal etiquette, and an eagerness to grow. In this role, you will work directly alongside the company president, offering a high ceiling for career advancement and unique mentorship opportunities for the right person.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform plumbing, gasfitting, or HVAC service, maintenance, and installations.




- Primarily service rural residential properties with a high standard of workmanship.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory.
- Represent the company with exceptional professionalism and customer service on every job site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Certification: Certified Journeyperson OR skilled 2nd/3rd Year Apprentice with strong field experience.
- Licence: Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract (Required).
- Etiquette: Outstanding personal etiquette, punctuality, and communication skills.
- Mindset: An openness to learn new skills and adapt alongside business leadership.
