Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage guests warmly, making them feel welcome and valued
- Take food and beverage orders with accuracy and confidence
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience
- Deliver orders in a timely manner and check in for satisfaction
- Address any guest concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and overall dining space
- Handle payments, issue bills, and process cash and card transactions accurately
- Complete side duties such as restocking, sweeping,



and sanitizing
- Support management and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of restaurant serving experience (required)
- Valid Ontario Smart Serve Certification (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proven ability to deliver top-tier customer service and drive sales through upselling
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Comfortable using or learning restaurant POS systems
- Friendly, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
