We are a rapidly expanding mechanical/ bodyshop workshop located in the Ahuntsic district of Montreal. { Marche Central Area)

Our company is looking for a Mechanic in the automotive field, preferably having worked on European or Volvo vehicles (an asset). We mainly work on luxury vehicles.

This is a full-time job with a schedule from Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm) with possibility to work on Saturdays also.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic/Automotive Technician with proven experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaving our shop meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and quality. Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and system issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, brakes,



suspension, and electrical systems
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently
- Follow detailed repair procedures and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and disassembly of vehicle parts
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle repairs while maintaining safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience

- Proven mechanic or automotive technician experience in a dealership or similar quick-paced environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge across a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Hands-on experience with automotive repair including engine work, brake systems, electrical diagnostics, and suspension repairs
- Familiarity with schematics, maintenance procedures, and assembly instructions
- Skilled in welding and working with heavy lifting equipment preferred but not mandatory
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and communication skills

Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
