Hinton Dodge Chrysler is looking for a person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A person who has: a positive attitude, great customer service skills and work ethic. Experience with ADP system would be an asset but not necessarily required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle customer concerns in person and over the phone

· Building a relationship with the customers

· Maintaining customer satisfaction

Setting up appointments and suggesting recommended maintenance that would be required due to mileage and time.

Writing up estimates for repairs and providing customers with the findings

Additional duties assigned by management as required

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
