We are currently seeking Sales Assistants for our River's Edge North. (Part time: weekends and occasional evenings)

Reporting to the Sales Agent, the Sales Assistant will:

- Greet clients an welcome them professionally to Claridge Homes Sales Centres
- Ensure models and sales office are in presentable order and good condition before opening and before closing.
- Prepare and present marketing materials, brochures and site plans to prospective buyers
- Answer calls and respond to emails in regards to the properties, qualifying leads, and updating the marketing database.
- Follow-up with prospective buyers responding to inquiries and booking appointments and visits
- Prepare paperwork for the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, as well as all applicable Tarion statements as needed
- Collect and provide receipts for deposits




- Redirect prospective buyers to the Sales Representatives
- Inspect model homes for deficiencies and submit, and review required work orders as needed.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

- Sales or customer service experience is required, preferably in new home sales.
- Strong communication skills an asset.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
- Independent, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and the ability to multi-task and coordinate various activities
