About Us

Infinite Outsourcing Solutions Inc. (IOS) is a growing staffing and recruitment company specializing in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, and material-handling staffing.

We work with a variety of clients and support their staffing requirements by providing qualified and reliable workers across different supply chain operations.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our office team and take ownership of recruitment for our supply chain and warehouse positions.

About the Position

This is a 1-month initial position with an opportunity to become a permanent full-time employee based on performance, suitability, and business requirements.

The successful candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment for supply chain and warehouse positions. This includes sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating testing and onboarding, and ensuring candidates are ready for their assignments.

We are looking for someone who is smart, proactive, organized, practical, and able to use good judgment. The ideal candidate should be able to understand recruitment requirements quickly, make appropriate decisions, solve problems, and work independently without requiring constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing through placement.
- Handle recruitment for multiple supply chain and warehouse positions simultaneously.
- Source candidates through Indeed, job boards, social media, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify candidates who meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews.
- Verify candidates' work experience, availability, transportation, work authorization, shift flexibility, and other job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, client assessments, MHE/forklift testing, orientations, and start dates.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Clearly communicate job duties, location, pay rate, shift schedule, attendance expectations, and other requirements to candidates.
- Ensure candidates have all required documents and information before starting an assignment.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the company's system.
- Work closely with Client Care Managers, Operations, and other internal team members.
- Prioritize urgent client requirements and work toward meeting staffing deadlines.
- Handle last-minute recruitment requirements, replacements, cancellations, and candidate no-shows.
- Maintain regular communication with placed associates.
- Track interviews, testing, placements, starts, and recruitment activity.
- Identify recruitment challenges and find practical solutions.
- Support other staffing and administrative activities as required.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain recruitment.
- Experience recruiting warehouse workers and MHE/Forklift Operators is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong judgment and common-sense decision-making.
- Ability to understand job requirements quickly and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment assignments.
- Comfortable with high-volume recruitment and time-sensitive staffing requirements.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience using Indeed Recruiter or other recruitment platforms is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Professional attitude and ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.

**We Want Someone Who Can Think and Take Ownership**

This position is not simply about posting jobs and forwarding resumes.

We need someone who can understand what the client needs, determine what type of candidate will actually be successful, source the right people, properly screen them, and move the recruitment process forward.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable making day-to-day recruitment decisions, handling unexpected situations, and finding practical solutions when a position is difficult to fill.

Performance Expectations

During the initial one-month period, the successful candidate will be expected to:

- Build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Successfully source and screen qualified candidates.
- Meet recruitment requirements within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records.
- Demonstrate strong follow-up with candidates.
- Work effectively with the Client Care and Operations teams.
- Take ownership of assigned recruitment requirements.
- Demonstrate good judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain professionalism when dealing with candidates and clients.

Prospect for Permanent Employment

This position is initially for 1 month, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position based on performance, suitability, and business requirements.

Candidates who demonstrate strong recruitment ability, reliability, initiative, and the ability to independently manage supply chain recruitment requirements may be considered for a permanent position.

Why Join IOS?

- Opportunity to join a growing staffing organization.
- Hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics recruitment.
- Exposure to multiple warehouse and logistics clients.
- Fast-paced and challenging recruitment environment.
- Opportunity to grow into a permanent position.
- Opportunity to develop expertise in high-volume staffing and MHE recruitment.
- Supportive and team-oriented office environment.

Pay: $43,000.00-$47,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4V 1T1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
