Job Summary

As a Shop Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our mechanics and keeping our shop operations running smoothly. Whether you're picking up critical parts, helping with oil changes, or maintaining a clean and organized workspace, you’ll be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and pride in every task.

Responsibilities

- Assist mechanics with equipment servicing (e.g., oil changes, fluid top-ups)
- Pick up and deliver parts from suppliers using company vehicles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- Help stage tools and equipment for repairs or deployment
- Support inventory checks and restock supplies as needed

Requirements

- Valid Full G-Class Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs




- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning the trade
- Welding experience is an asset
- Previous experience in a construction or mechanical shop is an asset, not required.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
