Position Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Support team member to help maintain an efficient and organized warehouse. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by managing inventory, fulfilling Bills of Materials (BOMs) for projects, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock and organize inventory to ensure materials are readily available.
- Fulfill BOMs for solar installations, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by following organization protocols.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and labeling shipments of solar components.




- Support team members in loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous warehouse or inventory management experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to [X] lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is an asset but not required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
