Responsibilities
- Perform fall cleanup tasks such as leaf removal, debris clearing, pruning, and general landscaping to prepare grounds for winter.
- Conduct snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, backpack blowers, and other power tools to ensure pathways, driveways, and parking areas are accessible and safe.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining equipment such as snow blowers, and power tools.
- Familiarity with construction or outdoor maintenance work is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, bending, shoveling, and standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and snow removal operations.
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures during equipment operation and outdoor work.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; certification in equipment operation (e.g., excavator) is a bonus.
