About the Role

Are you a heavy equipment expert with a sharp eye for detail? Premier Auctions is looking for an experienced Senior Equipment Inspector to join our fast-paced Strathmore Consignment Yard. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our auction yard operations—handling everything from equipment intake and detailed documentation to customer service and safe equipment operation.

What You Will Do

- Equipment Intake: Complete and upload contracts for recent equipment and consignment intake.
- Documentation: Capture, organize, and upload Level 1–3 equipment photos and write highly accurate, clear equipment descriptions for our internal systems.
- Safe Operations: Safely unload customer equipment and operate Premier machinery, including skid steers and telehandlers, to assist with customer load-outs.
- Customer Service: Provide on-site support during viewing periods, expertly answering customer questions about the assets.
- Yard Maintenance: Support daily yard cleanliness, organization, and general professional upkeep.

What You Bring

- Experience: Proven background in equipment inspection, construction, agriculture, or industrial auctions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for capturing accurate photos and writing clear, honest equipment descriptions.
- Operational Skills: Comfort and capability in operating various types of heavy equipment and tools (additional training provided if required).
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills for uploading,



organizing, and managing files and descriptions.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a busy yard environment.
