Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are sanitized regularly
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes for service
- Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment




- Support overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas

Skills

- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations
