Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Fashion Full-Time Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect styles. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management systems, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety standards.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product demonstrations and styling advice to enhance customer satisfaction
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive displays that promote sales
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales opportunities
- Manage inventory levels, restock merchandise, and organize the sales floor efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and store security
- Steaming / merchandising 1-2 times weekly all incoming shipments of products.
- General maintenance and upkeep of the store. (e.g. Sweeping, mopping etc. )

Skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette
- Robust organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and POS transactions accurately




- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with retail technology tools
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and engage customers through product demos and styling advice
- Knowledge of current fashion trends within women's clothing boutiques is a plus
