Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. The ideal candidate will have experience with power tools, hand tools, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Duties:

- Measure, cut, and shape wood and plastic using hand and power tools

- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet client specifications

- Collaborate with other construction professionals on projects

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

-Ability to work in outdoors with varying weather conditions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role, previous deck building experience is required

- Exposure to large commercial projects

- Experience with hardscape and landscape

- Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders

- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods





- Familiarity with building codes and regulations

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Skills:

- Power tools

- Assembly of structures and fixtures

- Maintenance Person skills for general repairs

- Knowledge of various hand tools

- Concrete forming for foundations or structures

- Restoration of antique or damaged woodwork
