Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Yard Maintenance Worker to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our outdoor yard and landscape areas. Responsibilities

- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators to assist with landscaping and yard projects
- Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering and health of plants and lawns
- Use hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks, repairs, and general upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections of the yard to identify areas needing attention or repair
- Assist with construction or installation projects related to landscaping or outdoor structures
- Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal operation




- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities

Experience

- Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care best practices
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining yard equipment and tools
- Experience with irrigation systems, construction projects, or outdoor machinery is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures
- Construction experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $16.90-$20.00 per hour
