Join a Team That Puts Technicians First!
We are looking for experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to join our team.
At Western Materials Handling (WestMat), we know that great field technicians are the backbone of our industry. That’s why we offer a safe, supportive work environment, a variety of interesting repair tasks, and the stability of an essential industry.
WestMat is Alberta’s Leading Material Handling Equipment Supplier, proudly serving customers for over 50 years. - They are paid hourly, not flat rate – No rushing jobs just to hit a quota.
- They have access to in-house trainers and manufacturer training – We invest in their skills.
- They get a company service vehicle and great benefits – Plus tuition coverage for school, tool and boot allowance.
- They know they’ll be home every night with local work – with less physical strain than heavy equipment repair.
- They work in a small, well-connected industry – People know people, and help is always available.
