We're looking for an experienced Estimator and Project Manager who knows that great projects don't happen by accident. They happen because someone takes ownership of the details, communicates clearly, solves problems before they become issues, and leads everyone toward the same goal.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Creating accurate estimates, budgets, and completing project within tight timelines
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Identifying potential challenges, risks, and opportunities before they impact the project
- Coordinating trades, suppliers, designers, and clients
- Managing project schedules, budgets, change orders, and documentation
- Leading project meetings and maintaining consistent communication
- Ensuring work meets R.K.Porter’s standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship
- Creating a seamless experience for clients from initial planning through final delivery

You Might Be the Right Fit If You:

- Have extensive experience managing construction or renovation projects




- Understand finishes, quality expectations, and scheduling concerns
- Can confidently read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil and landscape drawings and translate plans into action
- Have strong estimating and budgeting skills
- Communicate professionally with client representatives, designers, and trades
- Stay calm under pressure and finds solutions when challenges arise
- Take ownership and follows through on commitments
- Believe details matter and quality should never be compromised

Qualifications

Required:

- 5+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience managing projects and preparing estimates
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, permits, and safety regulations
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:

- Experience with Buildertrend, PlanGrid
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Projects and construction estimating tools)
- WHMIS, First Aid, and Fall Protection certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
