Adecco is currently hiring a full-time professional, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support one of our clients in Richmond Hill. This is a full-time temporary opportunity expected to last approximately two months .
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has excellent communication skills, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys providing exceptional administrative and customer service support.

- Pay Rate: $ 23.00/hour

- Location: Richmond Hill, ON

- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

- Job type: Temporary | Full-time

- Vacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy .

Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

- Assist members with order-related inquiries and requests.

- Process billing, invoicing, and payments for orders.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Perform a variety of general clerical and administrative duties.

- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective workflow and excellent customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support role.





- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- Professional and friendly demeanor.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Dependable and punctual professional

- Strong customer service orientation

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and team-player mindset

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
