Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Prep Cook/Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of preparing and presenting delicious dishes in a lively, fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties

- Assist in preparing ingredients and assembling dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation.
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene are always upheld.
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies for smooth operations.
- Follow proper food safety protocols during meal preparation and service to prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service times and deliver excellent food service experiences.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere in the kitchen and dining areas.

Experience





- Prior experience in food preparation or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
- Familiarity with food handling, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices is a plus.
- Experience in food service or hospitality helps understand customer expectations and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of meal preparation, serving procedures, and the food industry standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on supporting colleagues in busy kitchen settings.
