Seeking Caretaker couple to look after and maintain a portfolio of 5 properties.
Main tasks and duties will be to respond to tenants maintenance requests also maintaining and keeping common areas tidy and clean along with apartment cleaning after tenant turnover.
Required skills needed
1. Light carpentry
2. Electro, mechanical ability for appliance repair.
3. Light plumbing
4. Plastering and painting.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
