Job Overview
We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued to effectively connect with diverse clientele and promote our product offerings.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods




- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; experience in technology sales is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Time management capabilities
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
