Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible, dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role involves engaging with children in various activities that promote their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. The Childcare Provider will work closely with families to ensure the well-being and growth of each child in their care.

Duties

- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in the classroom and during activities.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that foster learning and development.
- Provide care for children, including feeding, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting to promote a healthy learning environment.




- Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents as needed.

Skills

- Strong background in early childhood education or related field.
- Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.
- Ability to educate children through engaging activities tailored to their developmental needs.
- Knowledge of best practices for working with children with disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
