Sealtec Industries is looking to hire qualified asphalt maintenance workers for our 2026 season!

Applicants must be able to work flexible hours including overtime & some weekend work will be required. This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy winters on the mountains as our season typically starts in April - October depending on the weather. Crack sealing experience is not necessary to apply!

Road maintenance worker duties will include but are not limited to:
-Working outdoors
-Maintaining a safe working environment
-Working around equipment
-Ability to work with a group of people and can interact on a friendly and professional basis with other employees and customers
-On time and able to work 9-11 hours daily




-Must comply to Sealtec safe work procedures and on the job training
-Punctual and Mature

Qualifications:
-Valid Traffic Control Certificate

-Valid class 5 driver's license with safe driving record
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Team orientated
-Must have own steel toed boots
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
