Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Foreman specializing in Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals to lead our construction projects with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate craft teams, and ensure that all work aligns with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the installation of structural steel and miscellaneous metals, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate daily activities of onsite crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Review project plans, schematics, blueprints, and construction estimates to verify accuracy and facilitate effective execution.
- Monitor construction progress using construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6; update schedules regularly to reflect current status.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Manage site safety programs by enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety meetings,



and addressing hazards proactively.
- Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, and progress photos; communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in structural steel or miscellaneous metals installation within the construction industry.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar tools for scheduling and documentation.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and budgeting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations relevant to steel fabrication and erection.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and coordinate complex installation sequences efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, resolving conflicts, and liaising with clients or project stakeholders.
