StreetGrillz is a Windsor-based restaurant known for fresh, made-to-order grilled food. We're looking for energetic, reliable crew members to join our team.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Crew Member to join the StreetGrillz team at our Walker Road location. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) environment, is willing to learn grilling and food prep techniques, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role — including support at catering and off-site events.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and menu items following StreetGrillz recipes and portioning standards

- Operate the grill and other cooking equipment safely once trained (grilling, searing, prep of proteins and sides)

- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or point-of-sale system

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in person and during high-volume rush periods

- Provide support at off-site events, festivals, and catering functions as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep stations, and grill area

- Follow all food safety, handling, and storage procedures (HACCP / local health code compliance)

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock items to the Shift Lead





- Handle cash and card transactions accurately; balance till at end of shift as required

- Load/unload supplies and equipment for events as needed

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet speed-of-service targets

- Follow all workplace health and safety policies

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a quick service restaurant or fast-paced food service environment preferred

- Willingness to learn grilling techniques and food preparation methods

- Ability to work standing for extended periods

- Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs (supplies, equipment)

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain — Windsor-Essex County Health Unit) — asset/required

- Comfortable handling POS systems and basic cash handling
