Oaklands Veterinary Hospital is opening a sister clinic, Royal Bay Veterinary Clinic, and we will need a full-time Veterinary Medical Receptionist starting in October 2026. Royal Bay Veterinary Clinic is a new locally owned clinic, located in the newest development area in Royal Bay. Our current expected opening date is October 1st, 2026.

Some weekend and evening shifts are required. Duties include answering telephones, admitting and discharging patients, booking appointments, processing client communications, processing payments, maintenance of examination rooms, inventory management, and more.

The interviewing for this position will be at Oaklands Veterinary Hospital, located in Victoria.
