We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team! As a key member of our Seniors Independant Living Community, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding hospitality while efficiently managing multiple tables and guest needs. Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience
- Take accurate orders ensuring timely communication with the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols throughout each interaction
- Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation while adhering to food industry regulations

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience in a quick-paced restaurant environment is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices is essential
- Restaurant experience involving serving, food preparation, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to provide guest services that exceed expectations
- Familiarity with food industry standards for sanitation and safety regulations

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
