BUILD EXPERIENCE THAT STANDS OUT IN FUTURE INTERVIEWSSimple French with Hems Inc. is an Alberta education technology company developing digital French programs, AI-assisted learning experiences and interactive tools.The company is selecting students, recent graduates and early-career applicants to join as Growth & Engagement Associates.Associates will build practical experience in AI, digital content, communications, marketing, and client engagement while working flexibly around other commitments.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

- Associates will help increase awareness of Simple French with Hems Inc.’s programs through student, community, digital and professional outreach.Core activities include:
- Sharing approved links and resources with relevant networks
- Starting simple conversations and directing interested people to official company resources
- Creating short AI-assisted or avatar-led videos and promotional content

Training will be provided at no cost. No previous AI experience or French knowledge is required. Associates will NOT be expected to cold-call random businesses, collect payments, deliver complicated sales presentations or purchase products.

AI, CONTENT & PROFESSIONAL WORKFLOWS

Associates will gain practical experience in:

- Creating AI-assisted short-form videos and promotional content
- Developing AI-generated visuals and marketing assets
- Creating and using their own AI avatar or digital presenter
- Combining voice, visuals, text and AI-generated media
- Testing creative approaches without requiring a traditional studio
- AI Workflow and Automation
- Prompt Engineering

GROWTH & ADVANCEMENT

Strong performers will be considered for team leadership, project coordination, higher-level outreach, public engagement, event hosting and future advanced or paid opportunities.Advancement is performance-based and not guaranteed.

ADAPTABLE AROUND OTHER COMMITMENTS

There are no traditional fixed daily shifts. Associates will organize their activities independently around studies, employment and other commitments.

COMPENSATION

- This is an independent, commission-based opportunity with no hourly wage, salary or guaranteed income. Associates will earn performance-based commission from eligible results.Full compensation and activity requirements will be provided before applicants decide whether to proceed.

Activity and compensation details will be explained during the interview and provided in writing before participation.

Pay: Up to $5,300.00 per month
