We’re looking for skilled, safety-focused team members to join our growing crew. Our projects include road construction, site development, earthworks, and recent sewer and water installations—essential infrastructure that supports communities across Northern Manitoba & Mid-Canada Region.

-What We’re Looking For

- Experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers
- Experienced pipe layer with proven skills in sewer and water installation
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- Previous experience in heavy civil construction or remote projects (an asset)
- Willingness to work in northern and remote environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.86-$45.00 per hour
