Green Scene Outdoor Services is hiring 5 Snow Removal Tractor Operators for the upcoming winter season.

We’re looking for experienced, reliable operators who are comfortable working during snow events and want the opportunity to continue working with us into the summer season.

What We Offer

- 100 guaranteed hours per month
- $25/hour for hours worked beyond the guaranteed 100 hours
- Seasonal position from approximately December through April
- Opportunity for additional hours during snow events
- 2 positions may have the opportunity to take on additional salting work
- Opportunity to transition into full-time summer mowing work for strong performers
- Equipment training provided before the season begins

Responsibilities

- Operate tractor and snow-removal equipment safely and efficiently
- Clear residential driveways and properties during snow events
- Follow assigned routes and schedules
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship




- Help with snow markers and other winter preparation tasks when required
- For selected operators: perform additional salting duties during freezing-weather events

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of snow-removal experience
- Experience operating tractors or similar snow-removal equipment
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working during early mornings, overnight hours, and changing weather conditions
- Able to work independently and follow assigned routes
- Landscaping experience is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service
