Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Assist customers by taking orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash and card transactions efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display, food prep areas, and seating spaces
- Handle cleaning tasks including washing dishes, sweep and mop
- Manage food handling responsibilities to ensure quality and safety in accordance with health regulations
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and serving with a positive attitude
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness using basic math skills for accurate stock levels

Qualifications





- Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred; familiarity with serving and food preparation is a plus
- Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
