Part-Time Turf Maintenance Position at Penticton Golf & Country Club

Penticton Golf & Country Club is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Turf Maintenance Team on a part-time basis.

This position is ideal for someone who likes early mornings with freedom to do things in the afternoons. Someone who enjoys golf and working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a team responsible for maintaining a high-quality golf course.

Free golf is provided if employee meets certain day/work hours per week.

Responsibilities may include:

- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Raking and maintaining bunkers
- Assisting with course setup and daily maintenance
- Operating and maintaining turf maintenance equipment
- Hand watering and general irrigation duties
- Assisting with aerification, topdressing, and other cultural practices
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous golf course or landscaping experience is an asset, but not required




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically active work
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Position Details:

- Part-time hours
