We are looking for a Assistant Baker to join our team. The hours required are 20-25 hours a week with open Monday availability; the other days are flexible.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential for decorating cakes and pastries, and for making our bread for the day. Additionally, you will package baked goods for display and sale, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods

- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail

- Package baked goods for display and sale

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and orders

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Baker or in a related role within the food industry

- Knowledge of food handling,



food preparation, and food safety practices

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decorating

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
