Zehr Insurance Broker Ltd is a small, family-owned, and operated insurance brokerage. Our journey began in 1954 with a single office and has since grown to seven locations in southwestern rural Ontario. Our mission is to “Protect what is important to our clients.” We provide our clients with access to several partner insurance companies and offer specialty programs. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with our team. The location of work is flexible. This full-time position is due to a change in staffing requirements. This position involves interacting with and building relationships with clients while serving their insurance needs. To provide insurance advice, a RIBO license is required. If you do not have a RIBO license, Zehr Insurance will support you by paying the full RIBO tuition and related licensing fees. Key Responsibilities

· Customer Service - build customer relationships by providing positive customer experiences through phone, email, or mail.

· Research and provide our clients with insurance options for their items (such as home, auto, cottage, trailer, vintage car, etc.)

· Cross-selling / referrals

· Initiating remarkets

· Liaison with internal partners to fulfil customer needs

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have

· A high school diploma or GED equivalent

· RIBO License or OTL preferred

· Customer service skills

· Assess client needs

· Interpersonal & Communication skills

· Ability to build relationships with clients to retain and grow portfolio

· Detailed orientated

· Work as a member of a team and independently

· Interest in the insurance industry

· Desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients
