We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Assistant (Inclusive Education Support Worker) to join our team. The Ideal candidate must have Education Assistant Diploma. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, particularly those with special (inclusive) education needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners. The Starting pay for candidate with diploma is $26 and the candidate who doesn't have EA diploma but some certificate and experience with special education, the pay is $21. If you are ECE/ECEA please do not apply to this job position.

Responsibilities
- Support classroom activities and assist students with special (inclusive) education needs
- Utilize educational materials and resources effectively
- Communicate with students, teachers, and parents to provide updates on progress
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment




- Help students develop skills in various subjects
- Educate students using diverse teaching methods tailored to individual needs

Requirements
- Diploma in special education required with completed practicum and practicum report
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, teachers, and parents
- Passion for educating and supporting students in their learning journey

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
