We are a European‑style bakery seeking a full‑time Production Kitchen Assistant who can support daily baking and production tasks with accuracy, consistency, and reliability. This role is ideal for someone with basic baking or bakery production experience who enjoys routine, works steadily, and wants long‑term stability.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dough production and baking tasks
- Scale ingredients accurately and follow recipes
- Operate basic bakery equipment (training provided)
- Pack, label, and organize finished products
- Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment
- Lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs)
- Use a pallet jack (experience an asset, training provided)
- Support daily production flow and end‑of‑day cleanup
Requirements
- Some baking or bakery production experience
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to lift 50 lbs safely
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
