Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems, to process customer orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order completion and customer satisfaction
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring food safety compliance
Experience
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but training will be provided
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing inventory counts
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be available for all new team members
