The Prospect

EMBERS Staffing is looking for construction workers in the Vancouver area including but not limited to: General Labourers, Skilled Labourers, Machine Operators, TCPs and Carpenter Helpers. In working with EMBERS, you will have the opportunity to go to many largescale active construction sites around the Vancouver area, work with nationally established construction companies, and network with construction professionals through a variety of job placements. Work varies depending on the role and the site, but, regardless of position, we have many opportunities including a temp to hire program, free training and certifications, and worker support programs to set you up for success.

Shifts are available on a temporary, on-call, and contract basis, making this a strong fit if you want flexible work with steady opportunities as projects come in.

What You Need

● Minimum 6 months experience in construction

● Eligibility to work in Canada

● A valid WHMIS certificate

● PPE equipment (Embers has a free equipment lending library if you do not have all required PPE)

● Reliability and a positive attitude

*You may need additional certifications and experience depending on position

Our Wage Rates*

General Labour: $19.00 / hour

Skilled Labour: Starts at $22.00 / hour

Machine Operator: Varies depending on placement

Carpenter Helper: Starts at $25.00 / hour

TCP:



Starts at $22.00 / hour
