Paninaro is Ottawa’s destination for bold, Italian-inspired sandwiches—and we’re on the hunt for a Line Cook who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a rapid-paced, passionate team.

This isn't just slapping meat on bread. This is about building something memorable—flavour-packed, beautifully crafted sandwiches made with love, precision, and top-quality ingredients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Crafting delicious sandwiches with consistency, care, and speed
- Slicing meats to order on our deli slicer (sharp skills required )
- Prepping ingredients: from sauces to toppings, you’ll keep us ready for service
- Assembling catering orders and helping pack for pickups and deliveries
- Keeping your station spotless, organized, and fully stocked
- Following kitchen procedures and daily prep checklists like a pro
- Supporting the kitchen team through busy rushes

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in a quick-service kitchen, deli, or sandwich shop is a big plus




- Strong knife skills and comfort using a slicer
- You can follow a recipe, manage time well, and stay cool under pressure
- You're organized, reliable, and work well solo and as part of a team
- Food Handler Certification is preferred
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with apps like UberEats or DoorDash
