Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including table setup, clearing, and sanitation practices in accordance with food safety regulations




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues efficiently

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and confidently perform basic math calculations
- Experience with food handling, food preparation, and kitchen operations is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $23.30-$25.00 per hour
