The Customer Service Representative is a vital role at our company, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
- Assist customers with order processing, changes, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and promote additional products when appropriate.




- Handle multilingual customer interactions with fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellent customer service standards.
- Handle emails and phones in an organized and methodical way.
- Create art proofs in Adobe Illustrator.
- Make films and prepress layout using RIP software.
- Organize press materials daily.
- Proven experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish and French is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry and analysis skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and qualified communication.
- Demonstrated ability to handle customers professionally.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
